Andrew Campbell
General Manager
Andrew Campbell is the General Manager of Paneltech and brings a wealth of engineering and design expertise to the company.
He has 22 years experience in the civil engineering industry and has worked both in New Zealand and abroad in senior positions for both large consultancy and contracting organisations.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a New Zealand Certificate in Civil Engineering, and has extensive experience in civil engineering design, management and construction supervision, providing commercial oversight and technical support to Paneltech projects.
Andrew also focuses on ensuring customer needs are met and that all work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Phil Wordsworth
Technical Manager
Phil Wordsworth is the Technical Manager for Paneltech and provides advice and guidance for Paneltech’s more challenging and complex projects.
Phil has 28 years experience as a qualified commercial builder, including six years as a Site Manager for a large commercial building company where he ran multi-storey building projects, directing up to 160 site-based personnel. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner.
Prior to establishing Paneltech in 2007, Phil ran his own successful concrete and kerbing business.
Phil provides advice and support for the more complex projects taken on by Paneltech, contributing to pricing, product development, construction methodologies and risk assessment.
Barry Dyke
Construction Manager
Barry is the Construction Manager for Paneltech and has responsibility for all operational aspects of the business.
Barry undertook his apprenticeship in the building trades in Northland and has 26 years of industry experience. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner and also has qualifications in advanced scaffolding.
In addition to holding construction and site management positions for civil and commercial construction companies in Northland, Barry has also worked in supervisory roles for a large construction company in Australia, where he oversaw the assembly of jump formwork and precast concrete in high rise buildings.
Barry has particular experience in the construction of reinforced concrete marine structures, precast concrete panels, tilt-slab buildings, deep foundations, floor slabs, reservoirs and tanks. He has previously run his own successful business, which focused on repairs and maintenance of concrete structures.
Barry is strongly focused on ensuring quality and safety in the workplace and is well known for his commitment to both.
