PRECAST

Paneltech can provide precast concrete structures of any unique shape or dimension, including concrete tanks, chambers and boxes. Precast concrete offers a cost effective alternative to laying concrete in situ, with Paneltech happy to manage projects from design through to construction.

Paneltech can also construct tanks and reservoirs up to 1,000,000 litres for water and wastewater bulk storage, both above and below ground. Tanks are waterproofed and can be produced in a variety of shapes and sizes.

PANELS AND TILT-SLAB CONSTRUCTION

Paneltech has many years experience in the construction of panels and tilt-slabs for commercial building and civil infrastructure, including tanks, buildings and retaining walls.

With design and construction capabilities, Paneltech can deliver any project involving concrete panels and tilt-slabs, from design and engineering through to construction and erection.

FOUNDATIONS AND PADS

Paneltech has extensive experience laying foundations and pads for civil and commercial projects. Previous projects have included large foundations and slabs of variable shapes, using various concrete mix designs for customers such as Refining NZ and Northport. Paneltech can construct foundations and slabs above or below water level, with full waterproofing for below ground projects.

LAMINATED VENEER LUMBER – NZ WIDE ERECTOR

Paneltech is one of a small number of New Zealand companies trained in the erection of laminated veneer lumber, produced in Northland by Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts. Specialist skills are required for the erection of this uniquely engineered wood product, which is now being used more often as an alternative to steel portal framing for large scale commercial buildings.

Paneltech offers a complete design and contruct (D&C) service and are renowned for thinking outside the box to deliver results that exceed expectations and ensure cost effectiveness. Paneltech will take your idea or vision and work with you to reach feasibility and concept stages, before engaging innovative and experienced engineers with the appropriate specialties to deliver your vision. Once engineering is complete, Paneltech will manage your project through to construction and delivery.

MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE 

Paneltech can undertake concrete repairs and maintenance for any existing civil infrastructure and concrete work, inluding concrete repairs on large industrial buildings. Paneltech is also qualified to carry out major retrofits for civil and commercial infrastructure, with qualified carpenters on the team for any building repairs.
